Announcing all levels ranking examination for all Vovinam practitioners in Washington state, Master Linh Thai (National Director) has invited masters/instructors from Hung-Dao Martial Arts Academy, San Jose to join the instructors in Washington to form a national judging panel during up-coming statewide examination in early April, 2009.
